Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier’s plan. We are not responsible for carrier charges.

- We will not use information about user activities on the internet together with any information that would result in the user being identified without their consent for marketing purposes.
- Personal information collected through SMS communications (including your phone number and message content) will not be used for marketing purposes. Our SMS communications are strictly limited to one-on-one customer support and service-related interactions.

The personal information we collect is stored and processed in India, or where we or our partners, affiliates, and third-party providers maintain facilities. By providing us with your personal information, you consent to the disclosure to these overseas third parties.
We will ensure that any transfer of personal information from countries in the European Economic Area (EEA) to countries outside the EEA will be protected by appropriate safeguards, for example, by using standard data protection clauses approved by the European Commission, or by requiring the recipient to adhere to other approved transfer mechanisms.

Zluri has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. Zluri remains responsible and liable under the EU-U.S. DPF Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process the personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles unless Zluri proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Zluri’s compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF).
In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, Zluri commits to resolve DPF Principles-related complaints about our collection and use of your personal information.
