Follow the below-given steps to remove inactive users' unauthorized access:
Go to the 'Applications' module.
Select 'All apps' tab and search for the application (Zoom) you would want to audit for orphaned accounts/ inactive users.
Upon selecting the application, you will get an overview screen, from there, click on 'Users.' This will display all the details regarding the users of the application 'Zoom.'
Now, click on 'Add filter' and select 'User employment status.' From the dropdown, mark the 'inactive' and 'suspended' checkboxes and apply the filter.
Once done, Zluri will display all the users with inactive and suspended status.
You can also view details like when these users last accessed the application.
Additionally, you can analyze activity frequency across 30/60/90-day windows.
To offboard these inactive/suspended users, click on 'Bulk edit,' and from the dropdown, click on 'Remove all licenses' option.
Once done, Zluri will automatically revoke these users' Zoom access.
