Achieve holistic visibility into shadow IT and AI app usage, ensuring no hidden identities, apps, or risks go unnoticed.
Follow the steps below to uncover unauthorized apps and AI tools present in your SaaS ecosystem:
Go to the 'Applications' module.
Click on the 'All apps' tab to view all the applications present in your SaaS stack by using Zluri's patented discovery engine.
Now, click on the 'Manage' tab to view all the IT-approved apps categorized by their usage (e.g., poor, average, good, excellent).
Next, click on the 'Needs Review' tab to have an overview of all the recently detected apps that need to be reviewed.
Further, to identify hidden AI applications, click on 'Add filter' to add the Artificial Intelligence filter.
You can now see all the AI apps present within your SaaS stack.
Click on any AI app (e.g., ChatGPT) to get a complete list of your organization's users and platform activity, including their first and last login timestamps.
If you want to restrict the use of ChatGPT or any other AI app in your organization, you can mark the application as 'Restricted' to automatically notify IT of any login attempts.
